Well folks I took a little break ( almost 6 months ) from adding any new stuff to this blog.  Looked back at all the stuff I had written and was not happy with what I had done.  So I am not out or down, but taking a different approach to my blog.

I talked to my wife which is the back bone of most of our journeys among just a few talents in our wine travels.   I decided to write about the wines we taste.  Several years ago I started writing about the wineries we went to and took great pleasure and enjoyed reading blogs especially Russ Kane from Vintage Texas.

Over the years I have met many new people along the way and have enjoyed reading others blogs and their take on hundreds of Texas winery’s and vineyards.  So I decided to change mine up and specifically talk about the wines themselves along with my take on the places.  I will be linking other blogs along with the winery’s websites so you can make and get a feel of them and not on a one sided opinion. 

I visit, I taste and I buy Texas wines because I am a Texan and I support Texas businesses.
